Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a sixteen year old American who was who was born in Miami Florida. She is the child of Dennis Alan Taylor, a former banking executive and Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist, is Anya Taylor-Joy. The father of her was Argentine with Scottish and English ancestry. The mother of Taylor-Joy is Spanish and has English roots. Taylor Joy has four siblings, one in each parent's prior marriages. They lived in Buenos Aires until she was six, after which they moved to the Victoria region in London. Taylor-Joy says that moving to London was traumatizing and that she didn't learn English in order to prevent returning to Argentina. Hill House, a school within the same district as Northlands was required to take her. Then she attended Queen's Gate School where she trained in ballet and appeared in school plays. She quit the high school aged 16 to focus on her acting career. Taylor-Joy had always wanted to become an actor. At the age of 16, Sarah Doukas Founder of Storm Management gave her the chance to become a model.
