Sheryl-Underwood

Sheryl underwood is an American actress who is also a comedian, host and TV actress best known for her role as co-host of The Talk's morning show. Born in Arkansas She was raised at Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl was raised by one of the most difficult families. She spent the majority of her young life caring for her sister Frankie who suffered from polio. Growing up, she experienced many issues with her mother. Sheryl stated that at one time, her mother stabbed her son's father for being too close to the father. Sheryl went into military service following her college graduation. She was however interested in comedy. She became the first female finalist in the contest Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. The year 1992 saw her make her TV debut as a regular participant on the HBO show Def Comedy Jam. In 2000, she was host of Oh Drama! Oh Drama! She's been a host on The Talk since 2011. She has also performed fictional roles on television shows such as Bulworth Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
