Arianna Huffington

Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington (Greek American) is a Greek American writer, syndicated-columnist and businesswoman. She has written fifteen books, and she is co-founder of The Huffington Post. Arianna Huffington has worked as a journalist, TV personality writer, philanthropist, and philanthropist for more than ten years. Her role also includes being the founder of The Huffington Post, an free-of-cost online news magazine. When she moved from Greece to England from Greece at 16 She earned an MA in Economics at Cambridge University. The well-known debating club The Cambridge Union was her first time as president, and she held it at the age of 21. She was a conservative syndicated writer after her graduation. When The Huffington Post launched a couple of years following, she launched an online voice platform which offered critiques of political scenarios. The celebrity she enjoyed allowed her to persuade a number of stars to voice their views about current affairs, as well as politics and culture. Arianna became famous when she made the decision to contest independently for the California recall election to replace then Governor Davis. In addition to this she also led the Detroit Project to develop fuel efficient cars. In 2009 she was recognized by Forbes as one of the top women in media gaining 12th place on the listing and the following year Guardian included her in the top 100 of media lists. AOL Inc. made her the President of their media group in 2011 following the bought The Huffington Post. The Huffington Post included additional AOL brands such as Engadget AOLmusic Style list or Patch Media. Elli was born to Konstantinos Stasinopoulos as well as Elli and Konstantinos Stasinopoulos, who both are journalists and consultants in management. Her character was formed by the closeness she had to her mother and her bond with her dad, even though she was very close to him. Even in her formative age she showed the qualities of a leader and is a household name. As a 16-year-old the girl moved to the United Kingdom for her higher education. She attended Girton College Cambridge. She was a member of the Cambridge Union college debate society during her time at college in which she became the third female to be elected the president. She graduated in 1972 with an honorary degree in Economics. She was a journalist as well as a host on TV and columnist upon her graduation. She also appeared alongside Bernard Levin in an episode of Face the music and started making books with the editorial services of Bernard Levin.
